The Auditor-in-Charge role comes with many responsibilities. Having the right knowledge, tools, and techniques can make the difference between a smooth engagement and a painful one, for all involved. This course helps auditors-in-charge develop a strong toolkit of techniques, methods and approaches they will use over and over again to achieve engagement success. IPPF standards will be reviewed and proven techniques for success will be covered for each phase of the audit—from planning to wrap-up.

The course will focus on delivering a quality product for the organization while ensuring productive relationships with clients and meeting on-time, on-budget audit goals.
